The girl that keeps Jyllandsposten is being Honest and rude about the Mohammed Affair
The night hours were spent for writing a long well documented post with links, pics and fine writing. So all of my spirit and patience was put in to that, and that all got deleted by mistake so you have now got the unique chance to read a really pissed off, cranky, skinless post from what you would normally consider a polite person.
Okay first of all, people. Everyone that has an opinion on the Mohammed Affair anywhere close to “poor muslims, how could the cruel newspaper publish such mean drawings?” – go find out!
Go to http://www.jp.dk/udland/artikel:aid=3544932:fid=11328/ and you would find an article explaining just that, written by the very paper that published the 12 drawings. Oh wait, isn’t that an unreliable source, since it is subjective? It is using itself as a subjective source, but treating the Affair in general, with objectivity. And that is good journalism. People are avoiding going on the webpages of stuff they disagree on (have you read a whitepride page?), but that is wrong, and simply being a coward. People are afraid of being manipulated, but they should trust their own criticism. They should read “Mein Kampf”, and find the weak spots. People should investigate and be knowledgeable of both sides of an argument when choosing sides.
How the danes insulted jesus and offended Catholics and Christians by depicting the son of God
I remember when a big Danish supermarket sold flip-flops with the face of GOD on the bottom – making trendy people walk around actually stepping on his face. Catholics in Denmark and a minority of very dedicated Christians went bananas in the media (please note that they wrote letters to the editor, gave comments on air etc. and DID NOT go play with fire or anything), anyway, they wanted the flip-flops out of production and the supermarket boycotted and people mostly said “come on…go fuck yourself” occasionally with a “But I understand your fury” in BRACKETS… How come did this thing turn out like that and not with the tiptoe courtesies of the Mohammed Affair? Because Danish people have been practicing their right to criticize and discuss Christianity and Catholism for a long time now.
- We already have “revolutioned” and modernized Catholism into Protestantism, so that thing is no longer too holy to be dragged through the mud and satire of opposition, but Al Islam is. That is what Jyllandsposten and the drawers wanted to change. And they just tried to ignore the fact that it is just not there yet.
But let us get it to that point with more successful means than those of Jyllandsposten.

From Impression du Soleil (1873) to Blogs (2006)
The artistic expression: impressionism was conceived when Claude Monet painted a blurry picture called Impression du Soleil levant blablabla (they used loong titles back then) in 1873.
He just painted what he sensed, not what he knew, and he caugt one moment, one impression.
- He inspired a new era in painting, and
- created new rules or helped dissolving the old ones (is there a word meaning old, traditional, conservative and strickt just in one?) and,
- he expanded "art".
Today's Blogs dance to the same beat as those impressionists did, and Blogs are allready fucking with rules and expanding the reach of litterature and it's form.
